Our role

RenoLinkUp connects homeowners with renovation and interior design businesses. It is not a renovation contractor and is not a party to your renovation contract. Homeowners choose whether to appoint a firm.

Quotes and planning tools

Quotations can differ in scope and specifications. Comparison tools are informational. Planning estimates are rough guidance and are not actual contractor quotations, guarantees or professional advice.

Company accounts and lead credits

A basic company listing is free. Paid lead credits or optional subscriptions apply only when enabled and disclosed. Leads and appointments are not guaranteed. Trials do not require card details and do not automatically create charges. Invalid-lead reports are reviewed against the policy disclosed before unlocking.

Launch packages

Basic company profiles and intentionally directed profile enquiries are free. Selected Founding Partners receive an administrator-configured trial lead allowance; its duration begins with the first suitable match. No card is required and the trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Purchased lead credits carry forward until used; no expiry is currently applied. Subscription checkout is closed by default. When enabled, the stated allowance is granted per successful paid billing period, and unused credits carry forward. Losing a renovation project is not an invalid lead.

Responsible use

Submit accurate information, use only images you have rights to publish, and do not impersonate others or post misleading reviews. Accounts and content may be moderated with an audit record.
